Ingredients
- 1 package Shirakiku Inari Pockets
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Optional: sesame seeds, chopped carrots, or other fillings
Instructions
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl
- Fold the mixture into warm cooked rice
- Let the rice cool to room temperature
- Open each inari pocket carefully
- Fill each pocket with seasoned rice
- Garnish with optional ingredients if desired
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve
