Ingredients
  • 1 package Shirakiku Inari Pockets
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: sesame seeds, chopped carrots, or other fillings
Instructions
  1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl
  2. Fold the mixture into warm cooked rice
  3. Let the rice cool to room temperature
  4. Open each inari pocket carefully
  5. Fill each pocket with seasoned rice
  6. Garnish with optional ingredients if desired
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve
