- 1 package Shirakiku Natto
- 1 cup hot cooked rice
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- 1 raw egg yolk (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare natto according to package instructions
- Place hot rice in a bowl
- Top with prepared natto
- Add green onions and nori strips
- If desired, add a raw egg yolk on top
- Mix well before eating
