  • 1 package Shirakiku Natto
  • 1 cup hot cooked rice
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1 raw egg yolk (optional)
Instructions
  1. Prepare natto according to package instructions
  2. Place hot rice in a bowl
  3. Top with prepared natto
  4. Add green onions and nori strips
  5. If desired, add a raw egg yolk on top
  6. Mix well before eating
