  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Cook rice according to package instructions
  2. While rice is cooking, combine vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan
  3. Heat until sugar dissolves, then cool
  4. Transfer cooked rice to a large bowl
  5. Gradually add vinegar mixture while folding rice
  6. Let rice cool to room temperature before using for sushi
